Sage Green Leather 2-Seater Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a sage green leather 2-seater sofa paired with accent tables and decor. This curated living room arrangement includes a compact 2-seater sofa upholstered in sage green leather with a clean, boxy silhouette and slender metal legs. The set is complemented by a nesting coffee table pair with black marble tops and fine metal frames. A textured yellow cylindrical ottoman provides a soft contrast, while a multi-bulb pendant light and abstract wall art complete the composition. The grouping sits atop a grey area rug, creating a cohesive, modern aesthetic suitable for small-scale residential layouts or hotel lounge areas requiring a refined, minimalist touch.

The download is a 32.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised as a grouped component, allowing for easy placement within larger floor plans. Users can manipulate individual objects by entering the group hierarchy to swap materials or adjust scaling. The model relies on clean geometry, making it straightforward to apply custom textures or adjust the lighting setup for high-quality visualisations. Ensure layers are managed correctly to toggle between the furniture items and the decorative elements when preparing your final render output for client presentations.

This furniture set is ideal for residential living room designs, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern cafe interior projects. It works effectively as a focal point in small apartment layouts where space-efficient, stylish seating is required. Designers searching for contemporary lounge furniture, sage-toned leather sofas, or complete living room vignettes will find this asset highly versatile. It pairs well with neutral interior palettes and can be used throughout concept development and final visualisation stages to communicate a sophisticated, comfortable atmosphere to stakeholders.
