About this asset

This freestanding Nuketown welcome sign is a Revit family featuring a classic post-and-panel construction with bold lettering. The signage unit consists of a rectangular red panel framed by two white vertical posts, each topped with a spherical finial detail. The text, rendered in a crisp sans-serif typeface, reads "Welcome to NUKETOWN" with "Population 10" inscribed below. Its construction mimics traditional mid-century municipal signage, utilizing simple geometric forms and a high-contrast colour palette. The base of each post is finished with a simple plinth, providing a stable visual anchor for the sign. The entire assembly is designed as a singular, cohesive object suitable for thematic environmental placement in project scenes.

The download is a 809 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this signage asset can be loaded directly into your project environment and placed as a standalone component. It is best managed by assigning it to a specific signage subcategory within your visibility graphics to control its display across different plan and elevation sheets. Users should check the family parameters to ensure correct material assignment if rendering within the Revit environment, or simply use it as a placeholder for site planning and visual massing studies.

This asset is intended for use in architectural projects that require thematic signage, such as recreational sites, themed residential developments, or conceptual master planning. It functions well as a decorative element in exterior site renderings or landscape design proposals where a nostalgic or mid-century aesthetic is desired. Professionals searching for specific signage solutions, novelty site markers, or thematic environmental graphics will find this component useful for adding character to exterior visualisations and site plans, particularly when conveying a specific narrative or period-appropriate design style.
