About this asset

This black plastic digital media player is a compact Revit family designed for residential or hospitality AV integration. The NOHS TV Box is a minimalist, low-profile digital media player featuring a sleek, matte black plastic chassis with rounded corners. The front-facing interface includes a simplified control layout with a circular button and minimal ports, maintaining a clean aesthetic suitable for visible placement on media consoles. Its compact dimensions allow it to sit unobtrusively on surfaces such as nightstands, sideboards, or TV units. The design focuses on a neutral, unobtrusive form factor that complements contemporary interior styles without drawing excessive visual attention away from the primary furniture or architectural features.

The download is a 338 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is intended for placement on horizontal surfaces like shelves or furniture tops. Users can easily snap the object to the top face of media consoles or side tables using standard placement tools. It is a lightweight component that will not significantly impact project file size, making it suitable for high-detail interior renders where small accessories are required to add realism to living rooms or bedroom suites.

This asset is ideal for interior design visualisation within residential, hotel, or serviced apartment projects. It serves as a necessary detail to populate media entertainment areas, providing a realistic finishing touch to TV wall units, bedside tables, or custom joinery. Professionals looking to enhance the level of detail in their BIM deliverables will find this useful for staging spaces where consumer electronics are expected, pairing well with wall-mounted televisions, soundbars, and other contemporary home entertainment equipment.
