About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set, modeled in 3ds Max, features cream velvet upholstery with tufted detailing and an accompanying floor lamp. The sofa presents a clean, contemporary aesthetic characterized by its low-profile frame and deep, tufted button detailing across the seat, back, and front apron. Its upholstery is finished in a soft cream velvet, providing a tactile, luxurious surface. The set includes a matching floor lamp with a slender, curved metal stem and a pleated, conical shade that echoes the soft, neutral palette of the seating. Proportions are generous, intended for comfortable lounging, while the overall geometric form remains structured and sophisticated, making it a versatile choice for refined interior environments.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the scene units are correctly set to match the native scale of the geometry. The sofa and lamp are typically grouped or layered for ease of placement within a larger interior scene. Users should map the velvet texture with appropriate reflection and bump channels to capture the material's soft sheen. Lighting should be adjusted to complement the lamp's intended glow, ensuring that the fabric's highlights are correctly rendered in the final scene composition.

This set is suited for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, providing a soft focal point in neutral-toned spaces. Designers searching for a cohesive seating arrangement often look for pre-composed sets to streamline their visualization process. The piece functions effectively in both open-plan layouts and smaller, intimate reading nooks, where the combination of the sofa and the lamp creates a balanced, functional, and aesthetically pleasing corner arrangement.
