Traditional White Glazed Double Patio Door – Kolbe Ultra Series

Classic glazed double patio door Revit family featuring ten divided lites per leaf, molded architrave trim, and an inswing configuration. This two-wide French patio door configuration features twin operable glazed stiles set inside a structured frame with integrated perimeter casing and a defined low-profile sill. Each door panel incorporates ten simulated or true divided lites arranged in a two-wide by five-high grid, balancing traditional fenestration proportions with extensive daylight transmission. The vertical stiles and bottom kick rail display standard millwork joinery lines, while the outer trim creates a clean shadow reveal against host wall constructions. Pale off-white framing finishes complement the clear glazing panels for a versatile, timeless exterior opening.

The download is a 2 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed as a wall-hosted Revit door family, this component inserts directly into vertical host assemblies to automatically cut clean masonry or stud wall openings. Modelers can adjust sill heights, swing directions, and host wall wrapping settings in the type properties to reflect project construction details. Standard material parameters allow easy assignment of glass translucency, exterior cladding tones, and interior timber finishes for coordinated scheduling and realistic visualisations.

Well suited for residential architecture, country estates, multi-family developments, and boutique hospitality projects, this double patio unit connects primary living spaces, dining areas, and suites directly to gardens, verandas, or private balconies. Architects searching for French doors, multi-lite terrace openings, or glazed inswing entrance doors will find this unit integrates cleanly alongside matching casement windows, stone cladding, and traditional timber siding assemblies across schematic design through tender packages.
