Set of Three Potted Plants in Concrete Planters

This SketchUp model provides a curated set of three potted plants, each featuring a textured concrete planter on a wooden stand. The collection includes three distinct botanical specimens: a tall, multi-stemmed cactus, a lush, leafy deciduous shrub, and a dense, low-growing fern. Each plant is housed in a cylindrical concrete planter with a raw, mottled grey finish. These vessels are elevated by minimalist light-wood stands, which provide a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The proportions are balanced, offering a variety of heights and foliage densities suitable for diverse interior compositions. The soil texture is rendered with a dark, earthy finish, adding a layer of realism to the base of each plant.

The download is a 28.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are typically handled as individual components, allowing for easy placement and rotation within interior scenes. Users should check the layer or tag assignments upon import to ensure the plants can be toggled off for faster viewport navigation. Given the density of the foliage, it is recommended to manage these assets using proxy workflows if rendering with external plugins to maintain scene performance. Scaling should be applied uniformly to maintain the intended proportions of the planters and stands.

These plants are ideal for adding life to interior visualisations, particularly in residential living areas, hotel lobbies, and modern office break-out spaces. They pair well with minimalist furniture, mid-century modern sideboards, or industrial-style shelving units. Professionals often use these assets to soften architectural corners, fill empty floor space, or create a natural focal point within a room. When searching for such assets, designers typically look for terms like indoor greenery, decorative potted plants, or modern plant stands for interior staging.
