Potted Indoor Plant Set with Various Planters

This contemporary set of thirteen potted indoor plants and varied planters is provided as a SketchUp model for interior design. This collection features a diverse assortment of indoor botanical specimens, ranging from small desktop succulents to large floor-standing fiddle-leaf figs and palms. The plants are housed in a variety of containers, including cylindrical concrete pots, textured ceramic vessels with chevron patterns, and minimalist white and blue glazed planters. One piece includes a hanging basket with trailing foliage. The textures are varied, with matte, glazed, and rough finishes on the planters, while the foliage displays natural green gradients and varied leaf structures, providing a comprehensive library for interior styling.

The download is a 39 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 13 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these assets are best managed by placing them as individual components or groups within your scene. Use the scale tool to adjust the size of the plants to suit your specific architectural context, ensuring they do not intersect with other furniture. The materials are mapped as standard SketchUp textures; you can easily replace or adjust these within the materials tab if you require a different finish or colour scheme for your project's specific aesthetic requirements.

These plants are essential for adding life and realism to residential living rooms, commercial office lobbies, and boutique hotel reception areas. They work well when placed on shelving units, side tables, or directly on floors to soften interior corners. Designers often use such sets to enhance the visual appeal of architectural visualisations during the concept development and final presentation stages. They pair effectively with contemporary furniture, timber flooring, and neutral colour palettes, bridging the gap between indoor spaces and natural elements.
