About this asset

This potted green hydrangea houseplant for SketchUp features a textured concrete container and detailed foliage for interior scenes. This decorative houseplant model features a vibrant green hydrangea shrub with broad, veined leaves arranged in a natural, organic cluster. The plant is housed in a minimalist, cylindrical concrete pot with a visible aggregate texture and neutral grey finish. The soil surface within the pot is rendered with fine, dark earth-like detailing, providing a realistic contrast to the bright foliage. The overall form is compact and balanced, making it suitable for placement on tabletops, shelving, or floor corners. The proportions are designed to complement contemporary interior design schemes without overwhelming the surrounding space.

The download is a 10.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this asset into a SketchUp scene, use the import function to bring the model into your project workspace. The plant is scaled as a single component, allowing for easy rotation and placement on surfaces such as desks or sideboards. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for vegetation to manage scene visibility effectively. For high-quality rendering, check that the texture maps for the leaves and concrete pot are correctly linked to your preferred renderer's material editor.

Ideal for residential, hospitality, and office interior projects, this potted hydrangea adds a touch of nature to living rooms, hotel lobbies, and reception areas.
