About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a potted Fiddle Leaf Fig in a white cylindrical planter with a minimalist black metal stand. This 3D asset represents a Ficus Lyrata, commonly known as a Fiddle Leaf Fig, characterised by its large, violin-shaped, deep green foliage. The plant is housed in a smooth, white, cylindrical planter, which is elevated by a slim, four-legged black metal stand. The foliage exhibits realistic leaf venation and natural colour variations, providing a dense, upright silhouette. The design is clean and balanced, suitable for modern interior settings where a touch of greenery is required to soften architectural lines. The proportions are standard for a mature indoor specimen plant.

The download is a 12.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this SketchUp model into a project, use the component instance to populate interior spaces. The file can be scaled to fit specific room volumes, though native proportions are generally accurate for residential applications. Apply high-quality textures to the leaves if further realism is required for close-up renders. Ensure the plant is placed on a flat surface and check for potential clipping if the stand base is integrated into custom joinery or floor finishes within your scene hierarchy.

This indoor plant model is ideal for residential living rooms, contemporary office lobbies, and boutique hotel interiors. It pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral colour palettes, serving as a focal point or a soft corner filler. Professionals looking for realistic vegetation for architectural visualisations will find this asset useful for adding life to still shots or walkthroughs. Search for this item when sourcing greenery for staged interior designs, home staging projects, or commercial amenity spaces requiring low-maintenance decorative flora.
