In SketchUp, this asset is best handled as a component to keep your model file size manageable. You can easily drag and drop the file into your scene and use the scale tool to adjust its size to match your interior proportions. The materials are already applied, but you may need to check the texture mapping or adjust the transparency of the leaves depending on your chosen rendering engine, such as V-Ray or Enscape, to achieve the desired level of realism.
