About this asset

A contemporary gold linear chandelier 3ds Max model featuring an elongated metal trough frame hung with cascading smoky and amber glass bead strands. The luminaire is defined by a rectangular gold-finished upper tray housing the internal light sources. Suspended beneath the rim, numerous vertical beaded crystal strands descend at varied heights to form an irregular, staggered fringe hemline. Each strand combines predominantly smoky grey faceted beads accented with scattered amber rondelles, terminating in tapered teardrop crystal pendants. Slender matching gold-toned suspension wires secure the fixture from overhead, accompanied by a flexible power feed cable curving upward at one end. The fixture delivers layered specular reflections and delicate transparency along its full horizontal span.

The download is a 6.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Import the native 3ds Max file into interior visualisations to position the pendant over central furniture arrangements. Adjust the suspension cable geometry or pivot points to match custom ceiling heights in elevation views. Users can fine-tune the glass refraction indices and metal glossiness shaders within their chosen render setup, and nest photometric or linear light emitters inside the upper trough to illuminate the faceted crystal array effectively.

Suited to luxury residential and high-end hospitality interiors, this linear luminaire anchors formal dining rooms, executive boardroom tables, and kitchen islands. The fixture also serves reception desks, hotel cocktail lounges, and double-height lobbies where a decorative statement piece is required. Specifiers searching for a linear crystal chandelier, modern beaded pendant light, or smoked glass dining luminaire will find this model well matched for refined contemporary schemes paired with stone counters or timber joinery.
