The download is a 72.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised into logical layers, allowing for efficient management of individual fixtures. Users can merge these assets into an existing scene, ensuring proper alignment to floor and wall planes. Materials are assigned using standard slots, which can be easily swapped or adjusted to match project-specific finishes. The geometry is clean, supporting standard lighting setups without complex modifications, and the individual components can be repositioned independently to suit specific bathroom layouts or plumbing configurations.
