Public Restroom Sanitaryware and Signage Scene

This comprehensive SketchUp scene features a modern collection of public restroom sanitaryware, including squat toilets, urinals, and signage. This extensive collection provides all essential elements for a commercial washroom layout. The set includes two white ceramic squat toilets with elevated cisterns, a wall-mounted urinal flanked by privacy screens, and a modern floor-standing toilet with a flat top for accessories. Complementary hardware includes wall-mounted toilet paper dispensers, a bin, and a circular mirror with hanging detail. The scene also incorporates a variety of restroom signage in both graphic and text formats, covering men, women, and general facilities. Each component is modelled with clean geometries, focusing on functional, high-traffic commercial utility and standard sanitary proportions.

The download is a 13.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Organised into logical groups, this SketchUp file allows for efficient integration into larger architectural models. Users can easily explode the parent group to isolate specific fixtures like the squat toilets or the signage package for individual placement. The model relies on simple surface materials, making it straightforward to apply updated textures or adjust the opacity of the glass and metal components within the native material editor. Ensure the scene origin is aligned with your floor plane to facilitate rapid snapping and placement.
