Modern Timber and Marble Kitchen Island Set

This modern SketchUp kitchen island set features four distinct timber and marble configurations, ideal for residential kitchen design. This collection comprises four distinct kitchen island designs, each blending natural wood finishes with marble-effect surfaces. The arrangements include variations with integrated sinks, under-counter wine refrigeration, and cantilevered breakfast bar seating. Proportions vary across the set, ranging from compact units with open shelving to elongated islands designed for social dining. Detailing is clean and minimalist, focusing on the contrast between the warmth of the timber grain and the crisp, veined stone tops. Each unit is paired with coordinating bar stools, offering a complete, ready-to-use solution for varied interior layouts and spatial requirements.

The download is a 27.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these islands are organised as separate groups or components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your floor plan. Materials are mapped using standard textures; you can swap the timber finish or stone pattern by editing the material library. Ensure the axis is correctly aligned for snapping to walls or cabinetry. Using the outliner, you can toggle the visibility of individual stools to suit your specific camera angle and composition requirements for architectural visualisations.
