About this asset

This modern bathroom scene is a SketchUp model featuring a vanity unit, shower glass, and toilet on a tiled base platform. The scene presents a contemporary bathroom arrangement centered around a grey vanity unit with two drawers and open storage shelving. It is topped with a white basin and complemented by a wide rectangular mirror. A sleek, wall-mounted shower head is positioned to the left, while a minimalist white toilet completes the set. The entire assembly sits on a raised platform finished with light-toned stone or ceramic tiles. Transparent glass panels delineate the shower area, providing a clean, functional aesthetic suitable for residential or hotel washroom design concepts.

The download is a 12.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp file directly into their master project file as a component. Given the grouped structure, it is recommended to manage the vanity, shower, and toilet elements on separate layers for better visibility control. The materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the material editor to match specific project lighting conditions or colour schemes. Ensure the model is placed on the correct floor level before grouping it within your main scene.

This bathroom set is ideal for residential interior visualisations and hotel suite mockups where a clean, modern aesthetic is required. It serves as a time-saving asset for architects and interior designers working on bathroom renovation plans or new build developments. The set pairs well with neutral wall finishes, contemporary lighting fixtures, and minimalist bathroom accessories. Professionals often search for these components when drafting detailed sanitaryware layouts, vanity elevation studies, or general bathroom interior design presentations for client review.
