In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can scale the island to fit specific floor plans or modify the material finishes by swapping the base texture in the material editor. The stools are separate components, allowing for flexible arrangement or replacement. Best practice involves placing the island on a dedicated layer to manage visibility during the design process and using standard scene lighting to highlight the soft, matte surface properties effectively.

Ideal for residential kitchen-dining areas, studio apartments, or compact breakfast nooks, this piece works well in projects requiring a light, neutral palette. It serves as a functional divider in open-plan spaces, providing a casual dining surface or a central food preparation area. Professionals searching for modern breakfast bars, minimalist kitchen furniture, or sleek console-island hybrids will find this asset fits seamlessly into contemporary interior design schemes, particularly when paired with soft-toned textures and indoor greenery to complete the look.
