L-Shaped Terrazzo Kitchen Island with Bar Stools

This contemporary L-shaped kitchen island 3ds Max model features a terrazzo countertop and base, complemented by three matching bar stools. This L-shaped kitchen island unit is defined by its substantial terrazzo surfacing, which wraps around the primary counter and structural base. The internal face of the island features dark wood cabinetry, providing a functional contrast to the speckled stone aesthetic. The design includes an integrated seating area along the outer edge, which is paired with three minimalist bar stools. Each stool consists of a slim black metal frame and a curved, leather-look upholstered seat. The set is completed by a decorative sculptural pendant light suspended above the main counter area.

The download is a 21.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the island, stools, and lighting elements. Users should check the material editor to ensure the terrazzo textures and metallic finishes are correctly mapped to their preferred render engine. The island is scaled for standard kitchen heights, allowing for quick integration into interior scenes. It is recommended to use the provided lighting components as a guide for setting up the scene's global illumination and secondary light sources.

This island is suitable for high-end residential kitchen designs, open-plan living spaces, and luxury apartment developments. It functions well as a central focal point in contemporary interiors, serving as both a food preparation area and a casual dining spot. Designers looking for a sophisticated breakfast bar or a refined kitchen centrepiece will find this asset versatile. It pairs effectively with minimalist cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and neutral wall palettes, making it a reliable choice for professional architectural visualisations and interior design projects.
