This traditional dark wood kitchen unit with an island is a 3ds Max model featuring integrated cabinetry, stone worktops, and appliances. This kitchen assembly features a structured layout comprising a base unit with integrated cooktop and a separate island unit. The cabinetry is finished in a deep, dark wood tone with classic panel detailing. The worktops are rendered in a dark, veined stone finish, providing a consistent aesthetic across both sections. The proportions are balanced, suitable for medium-to-large residential kitchen spaces, offering a sophisticated and cohesive traditional design.

The download is a 14 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised by components, allowing for independent placement of the main cabinetry run and the island unit. Users should verify the scale against their project floor plan before merging. Materials are applied to separate objects, facilitating easy adjustment of wood grain orientation or stone texture mapping. The model is ready for standard lighting setups, where adding an HDRI or area lights will enhance the reflective quality of the stone worktops and the depth of the dark wood finish.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this kitchen set works well in both open-plan living areas and dedicated kitchen rooms. It pairs effectively with classic or transitional interior themes, providing a grounded, high-end look. Designers often search for this type of asset when specifying cabinetry for renovations, new-build housing, or high-end apartment developments. It is suitable for use in concept design stages and final visualisations, serving as a focal point for kitchen layouts that require a warm, traditional aesthetic.
