About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped kitchen scene for SketchUp features a two-tone cabinet layout paired with a dedicated dining area and lighting. The assembly features a functional L-shaped layout with high-contrast cabinetry, pairing white upper cabinets with charcoal lower units. Integrated appliances, including a tall refrigerator and built-in cooktop, maintain a clean profile. A wood-toned open shelving unit with integrated LED lighting separates the kitchen from the adjacent dining zone. The dining area includes a rectangular table with a glass top and six upholstered chairs in a warm brown tone. Decorative elements like a modern ceiling fan and wall-mounted mirrors add depth, completing the cohesive, high-end residential kitchen and dining environment.

The download is a 111 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into an existing project file to serve as a base for interior layouts. The components are typically organised by layer, allowing for the isolation of the cabinetry, appliances, or furniture for customisation. Materials are pre-mapped, though users may need to re-link textures depending on the local file path. Lighting elements are embedded within the scene, providing a foundation for further rendering adjustments or quick client visualisations within the native software environment.

This model is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for open-plan apartments or house renovations requiring a combined kitchen and dining solution. It provides a realistic starting point for demonstrating space planning, material palettes, and modern cabinetry configurations to clients. Professionals can use this asset in early design stages to study circulation and furniture scale. It pairs well with modern flooring finishes and neutral wall treatments, making it a versatile resource for creating polished, contemporary living spaces.
