Contemporary Marble and Wood Bathroom Scene

This contemporary bathroom scene for SketchUp features a double vanity with marble surfaces, a freestanding bathtub, and gold-toned metal accents. This interior scene showcases a high-end bathroom layout defined by large-format marble wall and floor tiles with prominent veining. A floating timber vanity with two black rectangular countertop basins serves as the focal point, supported by a metallic frame. The vanity includes open shelving for storage below. Adjacent to this is a sleek, white freestanding bathtub set against a window with horizontal blinds. Decorative elements include wall-mounted mirrors with metallic frames, a sculptural pendant light, and various bathroom accessories. The material palette balances warm wood tones against cool stone and dark, modern sanitaryware.

The download is a 186 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational reference for residential or hotel bathroom designs. The file is structured with distinct layers for sanitaryware, lighting, and finishes, allowing for easy selection and modification of individual elements. Apply high-resolution textures to the marble surfaces and adjust the sunlight settings in the native engine to achieve the desired illumination. When integrating into a larger project, ensure the file is correctly scaled and aligned with your architectural floor plan to maintain consistent dimensions across the documentation set.
