About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp kitchen island features a grey stone finish, integrated sink, cooktop, and two matching black stools. This minimalist kitchen island unit presents a clean, monolithic aesthetic defined by its dark grey stone-effect finish. The design incorporates a flush-mounted black sink and a matching induction cooktop integrated directly into the surface. Accompanying the island are two slender black metal stools, providing functional seating. The overall form is rectangular with a waterfall-edge detail, creating a sharp, architectural silhouette. The set also includes decorative pendant lighting and a small potted plant, which add a layer of domestic realism to the austere, functional geometry of the primary kitchen unit.

The download is a 16.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import the component and place it using the move tool to align with your floor plan. The model is organised in logical groups, allowing for easy adjustment of the stool positions or the removal of individual accessories. Ensure the base is snapped to the floor level and use the scale tool cautiously to maintain proportions. Apply your own custom textures to the surfaces if a specific stone grain or material finish is required for your render.
