Contemporary Grey Marble Kitchen Island with Integrated Planter

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen island features a grey marble worktop, charcoal cabinetry, and a unique integrated stone planter. This kitchen island presents a sophisticated, linear design combining functional cabinetry with a decorative element. The unit consists of a charcoal-finished base with integrated storage, topped by a light grey marble surface that extends to form a breakfast bar area. Beneath the overhanging section, a glazed display compartment serves as an indoor planter, filled with stone aggregate and vegetation. A sleek cylindrical stainless-steel range hood is suspended above the integrated cooktop. The set includes a single minimalist stool, completing the functional layout with a balanced mix of cold stone textures and dark, clean-lined millwork.

The download is a 32.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised by logical grouping, allowing for easy placement and material adjustment. The island is scaled to standard residential heights, making it suitable for quick integration into interior scenes. Users should check the pivot points upon merging to ensure accurate alignment with existing floor plans. Textures are mapped for high-quality rendering, and the vegetation within the planter can be adjusted or replaced to suit specific project requirements, maintaining the integrity of the base geometry and lighting setup.
