About this asset

This SketchUp scene features a contemporary double vanity with black marble and oak elements, accompanied by various sanitary fixtures. This bathroom set centres on a floating double vanity unit, pairing a striking black-and-white veined marble countertop with a light-toned oak lower shelf. Two minimalist oval mirrors are wall-mounted above white ceramic vessel sinks. The scene includes a comprehensive suite of sanitary fixtures: a modern white wall-hung urinal with a sensor flush, a floor-level squat toilet, and a wall-mounted cistern. Complementary accessories such as a toilet brush and paper holder are included, creating a cohesive, functional washroom arrangement suitable for high-traffic public or private facilities.

The download is a 69.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement and adjustment. Users can import the entire assembly as a component, then explode or modify individual elements to fit specific wall dimensions. The materials are applied as standard textures, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble grain or wood finish. For visualisations, ensure the model is placed against a wall surface and check that the sanitary connections align correctly with your floor plan.

Ideal for commercial restrooms, public facilities, or high-end residential master bathrooms, this collection provides a complete solution for detailed interior renders. Architects and designers can utilise this set to populate hospitality washrooms, office lobby toilets, or restaurant facilities. It pairs well with neutral wall finishes and minimalist tile schemes.
