The download is a 77.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy placement and adjustment within a larger architectural scene. Users can efficiently assign materials to the wood and metal surfaces, utilising the existing UV mapping for realistic texture application. The modular nature of the units enables customisation of the layout, making it straightforward to scale or modify to fit specific floor plans. Lighting setups, such as interior spotlights or under-cabinet LEDs, will complement the dark finish and highlight the material textures.
