Contemporary Walnut and Black Metal Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a live-edge walnut table paired with black metal chairs and pendant lights. This comprehensive dining assembly centres on a large, rectangular live-edge walnut table with a dark, rich grain pattern. It is accompanied by eight black metal dining chairs featuring a minimalist, curved-back profile that complements the table's organic aesthetic. Suspended above the arrangement are four matching textured pendant lights with tapered forms, contributing to a cohesive visual narrative. The set also includes tabletop decor, specifically place settings and decorative candles, providing a fully dressed look. The combination of warm walnut tones and stark black metal creates a balanced, sophisticated aesthetic suitable for refined interiors.

The download is a 72.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 13 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this set is organised as a collection of grouped assets, allowing for easy placement and manipulation within a scene. Users can adjust the individual chair positions or swap out the included table decor to suit specific project requirements. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows, and the pendant lights are pre-positioned for quick integration. Ensuring the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of the table and chairs simplifies the process of snapping the assembly to floor planes during layout.
