About this asset

This contemporary open-plan living room SketchUp scene features a sleek slatted room divider, leather lounge chairs, and marble flooring. The space is defined by a clean, contemporary aesthetic, segmented into a lounge area and a dining zone by a floor-to-ceiling black slatted partition. The lounge area features two tan leather lounge chairs with timber frames, a low-profile coffee table, and a large concrete planter with indoor greenery. A spherical timber pendant light hangs overhead. The dining area includes a minimalist white table paired with black chairs, illuminated by modern pendant lighting. The entire floor is finished in white marble tiles, providing a bright, reflective base that unifies the two distinct functional zones.

The download is a 89.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for SketchUp, this scene provides a complete environment for architectural visualisation. Users can easily toggle layers to hide or reveal furniture, adjust the lighting intensity of the integrated pendants, or modify the materials on the floor and walls. The model is scaled for immediate insertion into larger residential projects, allowing designers to quickly populate a space or use it as a reference for interior layouts, material palettes, and spatial flow between living and dining areas.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for open-plan apartments or modern houses where spatial zoning is essential. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary furniture collections and serves as a high-quality starting point for concept development or client presentations. Professionals might search for this when looking for residential interior layouts, open-plan living solutions, or examples of how to effectively use slatted dividers to separate functional spaces without sacrificing natural light or visual connectivity.
