Traditional Vietnamese Lunar New Year Decor Set

This SketchUp model set features a collection of traditional Vietnamese Lunar New Year decor items, including festive food and ornaments. This comprehensive collection comprises nine distinct elements essential for representing the Vietnamese Tet holiday. Included are authentic food arrangements like Banh Chung rice cakes, sliced gio cha, bowls of traditional soup, and a roasted chicken platter. Decorative components feature vibrant red paper lanterns, a flowering ochna integerrima branch, calligraphic scrolls, and various hanging ornaments with tassel details. Each object is modelled with attention to cultural authenticity, utilising characteristic textures and colours associated with the spring festival. The set provides a versatile range of assets for creating culturally specific interior or exterior festive displays.

The download is a 244 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 9 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate these assets into a SketchUp project, import the components directly into your active model or use the component browser to manage the library. Each item is grouped for easy scaling and placement within a scene. Apply materials using the native material editor to fine-tune the saturation of the red and yellow elements. These assets are optimised for placement as foreground details in architectural visualisations, allowing for quick population of dining tables or entryways during seasonal staging.
