About this asset

This 3ds Max scene features a curated Oriental sculpture display with stone vessels and guardian figures in a Zen setting. Centred around two large, mottled stone vessels with distinct lug handles, this symmetrical composition is anchored by a low, stepped concrete platform. Flanking the vessels are four carved stone guardian figures mounted on textured stone plinths, evoking a traditional temple aesthetic. A sleek, dark-toned timber pendant light fixture hangs horizontally above the arrangement, its linear form providing a contemporary contrast to the organic, weathered textures of the stone elements. In the background, a stylised mountain silhouette creates a dramatic backdrop, while subtle ground-level vegetation adds a touch of natural softness to the rigid, architectural geometry.

The download is an 11.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As this is a complete scene, it is intended for use as a pre-composed backdrop or a starting point for architectural visualisations. Users can adjust the overall scene scale to fit specific room proportions or modify the intensity of the light sources to suit different atmospheric requirements. Textures are mapped to the geometry, allowing for quick material adjustments if the scene needs to be integrated into a larger project file. Ensure that the light settings are compatible with your preferred render engine before finalising.

This installation is suited for high-end residential entryways, hotel lobbies, or spa waiting areas that require a calm, meditative focal point. It pairs well with minimalist or wabi-sabi interiors where the material contrast between polished stone and dark timber is desired. Professionals searching for Zen-inspired decor, temple-style sculpture arrangements, or curated interior vignettes will find this scene useful for establishing a specific cultural narrative in their renderings. It serves as an effective placeholder for high-quality, atmospheric lobby design in boutique hospitality projects.
