Riad Courtyard Scene with Pool and Lounge

This 3ds Max scene features a traditional Riad courtyard with a central pool, lounge furniture, and lush tropical vegetation. The scene depicts a classic Riad-style courtyard, characterised by arched colonnades and a central decorative pool. The floor features a black and white chequerboard pattern, contrasting with the warm, natural-wood ceiling beams and intricate carved wooden doors. Two curved lounge chairs with rattan backrests and off-white cushions frame the foreground, accompanied by a low wooden coffee table. A white peacock chair sits by the water's edge, surrounded by potted palms and vibrant bougainvillea. The architecture employs traditional geometric tiling on columns, creating a rich, textured atmosphere that balances luxury with a relaxed, outdoor-indoor living aesthetic.

The download is a 690 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is structured for immediate rendering. Users should check the layer management to isolate vegetation, lighting, and furniture assets for easier manipulation. Materials are mapped for high-quality output; ensure texture paths are re-linked upon opening the file. The lighting setup relies on natural daylighting through the open archways, which can be adjusted via the environment settings to suit different times of day or specific project requirements without compromising the integrity of the scene's complex geometry.
