About this asset

This contemporary retail shop SketchUp scene features a minimalist open-plan layout with modular clothing display systems. Designed with a clean, industrial-inspired aesthetic, this retail environment focuses on a monochromatic palette of grey concrete floors and white wall surfaces. The space is organised around linear clothing racks, a central freestanding garment display, and a concrete-topped service counter. Perimeter shelving units provide secondary storage and display, illuminated by overhead track lighting. Potted greenery adds a natural accent to the structured, neutral interior. The combination of slender black metal frames and solid concrete elements creates a balanced, professional atmosphere suitable for high-end boutique or retail showroom applications.

The download is a 150 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Apply custom textures to the wall surfaces to suit specific brand requirements, and adjust the lighting components to align with the camera angles required for your final render output.

It integrates well into architectural presentations for shop renovations or new commercial developments. Professionals can use this asset to quickly establish a scale-accurate environment, pairing it with additional POS hardware or mannequins to complete the retail narrative. The neutral, minimalist design ensures compatibility with various brand identities and store concepts.
