Contemporary Brown Leather and Fabric Three-Seater Sofa

This contemporary 3-seater sofa is a 3ds Max model featuring a mixed-material design with a dark brown leather frame and beige fabric seats. Defined by a clean-lined, boxy silhouette, this three-seater sofa balances structured leather upholstery with softer textile elements. The outer frame, arms, and base are finished in a dark brown leather, providing a durable and polished aesthetic. In contrast, the seat cushions are upholstered in a light beige fabric, offering textural variety. The sofa includes three tan leather scatter cushions and a draped throw blanket for a lived-in appearance. It is supported by a slimline metallic base, which lifts the heavy form slightly off the floor, maintaining a light visual profile.

The download is a 79.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the object is placed on a dedicated layer for easy visibility toggling. The materials are mapped as separate components, allowing for independent adjustment of the leather and fabric shaders if required. Scale the sofa to match your interior scene dimensions before applying any modifiers. For optimal results, check the pivot point alignment at the base to facilitate accurate placement on your floor plane, and use the included throw blanket as a separate asset for scene composition.

This sofa is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, modern apartment interiors, and boutique hotel lounge areas. Its neutral colour palette and mixed-material construction allow it to pair effectively with contemporary coffee tables, area rugs, and floor lamps. Professionals should search for this piece when specifying seating for formal lounge spaces or open-plan family rooms where a balance between comfort and structured, architectural form is required. It provides a versatile anchor for various transitional or minimalist design schemes in architectural visualisations.
