About this asset

This modern living room scene, rendered in 3ds Max, features a low-profile grey fabric sectional sofa set against a bold blue and orange feature wall. The composition centres on a modular grey fabric sectional sofa with clean, linear proportions. It is complemented by a minimalist circular white coffee table and a vibrant orange cylindrical side table. A tall, slender black metal floor lamp stands to the right, balancing the verticality of the feature wall. The backdrop consists of a large, neutral concrete-textured wall punctuated by a striking blue panel with a central orange strip. Full-height translucent curtains soften the natural light, while a plush grey area rug anchors the entire seating arrangement within the space.

The download is a 432 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is fully assembled and ready for immediate integration into architectural visualisations. Users can easily adjust the camera angles to suit specific project requirements or swap out accessories to refine the aesthetic. The file structure allows for individual selection of objects, facilitating material overrides or lighting adjustments. It is recommended to verify the light source placement and HDRI environment settings upon loading to ensure the scene's bounce lighting and shadows align with the target project's mood.
