About this asset

A modern living room 3ds Max scene featuring a warm brown leather sofa, exposed concrete ceilings, and integrated shelving. This comprehensive interior scene showcases a contemporary living space defined by its honest material palette and clean lines. The focal point is a plush, cognac-toned leather sofa paired with a live-edge wooden coffee table on hairpin legs. The room features an exposed concrete ceiling and structural columns, offset by a large wall-mounted bookshelf and warm timber flooring. A patterned area rug anchors the seating area, while track lighting provides focused illumination. The layout includes a dedicated workspace and built-in low-level storage, creating a balanced, functional environment that prioritizes texture and natural light.
