About this asset

This contemporary cream corduroy modular sofa for 3ds Max features a clean, blocky silhouette and a single contrasting dark brown cushion. This modular sofa presents a low-profile, contemporary aesthetic defined by its linear, block-like geometry. The piece is upholstered in a textured cream corduroy fabric, providing a tactile, ribbed surface that adds depth to the minimalist form. Its configuration includes a main seating section paired with an integrated chaise element, creating an asymmetric, relaxed footprint. A single, dark brown accent cushion sits atop the seat, offering a sharp visual contrast to the light upholstery. The overall design emphasizes comfort and clean lines, suitable for structured living spaces requiring a versatile, modern seating solution.

When working with this 3ds Max asset, ensure the model is placed within a clean scene file to maintain scale accuracy. Users should check the modifier stack for any active smoothing or subdivision settings that might impact performance. The corduroy texture is mapped to provide realistic surface detail; verify that the UV coordinates align correctly with your project's lighting setup. Because this is a modular piece, it can be easily duplicated or combined with other elements to create larger, custom seating arrangements within your interior visualisations.

The sofa is ideally suited for residential living rooms, modern apartment interiors, and upscale hotel lounge areas where a relaxed, contemporary vibe is required.
