About this asset

This modern open-plan apartment scene is a complete 3ds Max interior setup featuring a brown fabric sofa and wood furniture. Designed for compact residential living, this open-plan scene integrates a lounge and dining area with a cohesive, warm aesthetic. The space is anchored by a mid-toned brown fabric sofa, paired with a circular light-wood coffee table and a matching low-profile TV unit. A space-saving dining configuration is tucked against a white shelving unit, featuring simple wood-framed chairs. Natural wood flooring provides a neutral foundation, while the walls are finished in a soft off-white, accented by minimalist artwork and indoor greenery that brings life to the clean-lined, functional layout.

The download is a 510 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

As a pre-configured 3ds Max file, this scene allows designers to quickly populate residential projects or test lighting setups. Users can merge this file into existing architectural models, adjusting textures or scaling individual furniture assets to fit specific room constraints. The existing lighting and material assignments provide a foundation for further rendering refinement, allowing for rapid iteration of interior concepts through standard 3ds Max workflows and compatible render engines.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design visualizations, particularly for apartment developments and small-scale housing projects. It serves as a ready-made template for showcasing open-plan layouts, helping designers communicate spatial flow and furniture arrangement to clients. Professionals searching for contemporary apartment interiors, small living room furniture sets, or efficient open-plan dining solutions will find this asset a useful starting point for their project presentations during the early design and concept development stages.
