About this asset

This minimalist living room interior scene for SketchUp features a curated selection of contemporary furniture in a neutral palette. Designed with a focus on clean lines and organic textures, this living room scene centres around a large, white curved sofa paired with two wood-framed cane armchairs. A set of low, irregular stone coffee tables provides a sculptural contrast to the soft upholstery. The space is anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace mantel and finished with subtle grey wall treatments and large-format floor tiles. A delicate, sculptural pendant light suspends above the seating area, while sheer curtains and a potted indoor plant add layers of softness to the architectural envelope of the room.

The download is a 78.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

As a fully furnished interior scene, this file is structured for immediate visualisation within SketchUp. Users should verify that all geometry is organised into logical layers or tags to facilitate easy manipulation of individual furniture pieces or lighting elements. The materials are pre-applied, allowing for quick adjustments to textures or scaling. When integrating this into a larger project, ensure the model origin is aligned with your master site plan to maintain global coordinates and consistent lighting behaviour across multiple scene files.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly those requiring a high-end, minimalist aesthetic. It serves as an excellent base for developing living room concepts, staging high-end apartment renders, or testing material palettes in a professional project stage. Designers searching for modern lounge layouts, neutral decor schemes, or contemporary furniture arrangements will find this model effective for quick client presentations. It pairs well with other minimalist assets to create cohesive, light-filled spaces in residential or boutique hospitality developments.
