About this asset

This luxury 3ds Max interior scene features a sophisticated open-plan living room and dining area with marble cladding and dark wood. This high-end interior scene centers on a dramatic floor-to-ceiling feature wall clad in white-veined marble, integrated with vertical dark wood shelving and a linear fireplace. The living area is anchored by a large grey upholstered sectional sofa, a low-profile coffee table, and a tan leather ottoman. Adjacent to this, the dining zone includes a dark table set with modern grey dining chairs. The palette uses a rich mix of cool grey tones and warm brown accents, creating a balanced, professional aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hospitality projects.

The download is a 342 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with V-Ray materials. Open it in 3ds Max with V-Ray installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this 3ds Max scene by adjusting the camera angles to suit specific project requirements or merging individual furniture assets into other files. The lighting setup is pre-configured, allowing for immediate test renders. Users should check the layer structure to manage visibility of furniture, lighting, and architectural elements separately. The scene is optimised for quick integration into larger BIM or visualisation workflows, provided that texture paths are re-linked upon opening the native file.

The scene is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for high-end apartments or luxury villa developments. It serves as a base for showcasing custom joinery, lighting schemes, and material palettes. Professionals searching for 'modern open-plan living room' or 'luxury marble fireplace design' will find this asset useful for client presentations or final marketing imagery. It pairs well with other contemporary furnishings to create a cohesive, high-end look suitable for luxury real estate marketing or upscale interior design portfolios.
