Grey Contemporary Open-Plan Living Room and Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen 3ds Max scene features a curated furniture arrangement and rich walnut-toned timber finishes. The scene presents a sophisticated open-plan layout defined by deep walnut-brown timber ceiling and wall panelling that anchors the space. A large, light grey fabric sectional sofa faces a pair of vibrant orange leather swivel armchairs, creating a balanced conversational zone. The central coffee table setup combines a rectangular wood-top piece with a circular marble-topped table on a slender black metal base. In the background, a minimalist white high-gloss kitchen unit provides a clean contrast, accompanied by a metallic island and bar stools, all illuminated by recessed ceiling lighting and subtle wall-mounted spotlights.

The download is a 45 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this scene by merging the file into existing 3ds Max project containers. The model is organised with logical layer structures, allowing for easy selection and modification of individual furniture assets. Users should verify material paths upon loading and adjust lighting parameters, such as exposure or colour temperature, to suit specific daylight or evening render requirements. The scene is scaled for immediate architectural visualisation workflows, enabling quick camera placement and composition testing without extensive re-modelling or re-texturing of core architectural elements.
