Grey Contemporary Open-Plan Living and Kitchen Scene

This contemporary open-plan living and kitchen scene for SketchUp features a grey marble feature wall and layered lighting. This high-end interior scene defines a sophisticated open-plan living and kitchen environment. The living area is anchored by a large grey fabric sofa and a plush rug, complemented by a pair of hexagonal coffee tables and a tan leather lounge chair. A striking floor-to-ceiling marble feature wall provides a focal point, while the kitchen in the background features minimalist matte black cabinetry and integrated lighting. The composition is balanced by a large circular pendant light, track lighting, and recessed ceiling details, creating a clean, cohesive aesthetic suitable for high-end residential visualisation projects.

The download is a 200 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational template for interior design presentations or architectural visualisations. The model is organised to allow for easy adjustment of lighting parameters and material mapping. Users should check the component hierarchy to isolate specific furniture pieces or modify the spatial layout. The integrated lighting setup provides a realistic starting point for rendering workflows, requiring only minor adjustments to match specific project daylight conditions or material finishes within chosen render engines.
