About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features a modular beige leather lounge arrangement complete with circular stools, tables, and pendant lights. The assembly comprises a central back-to-back modular sofa upholstered in a light beige leather with a tufted backrest finish. It is flanked by multiple circular side tables featuring wood-grain tops and slender metallic pedestal bases. The seating is rounded out by a collection of cylindrical leather stools in a warm tan tone. Suspended above the arrangement are several minimalist white pendant lights, creating a cohesive, integrated environment. The composition is balanced and symmetrical, designed to function as a self-contained lounge zone within a larger open-plan interior space.

The download is a 1.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this scene directly into 3ds Max to serve as a base for interior visualisations. The modular elements are grouped for ease of placement and can be adjusted individually to fit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for quick adjustments to reflections or leather grain scales. Lighting elements are included as separate objects, enabling independent control over intensity and colour temperature to match the project's specific lighting scheme and atmospheric requirements.

This lounge scene is well-suited for high-traffic commercial environments such as hotel lobbies, corporate breakout areas, or modern cafe interiors. It provides a ready-to-use solution for architects and interior designers developing floor plans for waiting lounges or collaborative work zones. The neutral palette and clean lines ensure compatibility with various contemporary design styles. Professionals seeking efficient layout solutions for hospitality or public waiting areas will find this set useful for quick staging and spatial planning in project presentations.
