Fabric Modern Grey and Marble Living Room Scene

This modern living room SketchUp scene features a sophisticated grey and marble palette, complete with a feature TV wall and integrated lighting. Defined by its curated material selection, this contemporary living room scene balances soft fabric textures against high-contrast stone surfaces. The central focus is a dark marble-clad TV wall, framed by recessed perimeter lighting that accentuates the depth of the finish. A large, low-profile sectional sofa anchors the space, paired with a marble-topped coffee table and two timber-framed lounge chairs. The room is further detailed with floor-to-ceiling curtains, a layered rug, and a minimalist multi-ring pendant light, creating a cohesive, high-end atmosphere that feels both expansive and well-proportioned for a luxury residential interior.

The download is a 200 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Optimised for SketchUp, this model allows users to quickly integrate a fully furnished environment into larger project files. The scene is organised with logical grouping, facilitating easy adjustments to lighting intensity or material mapping. Users can replace individual assets, such as the decorative objects or soft furnishings, while maintaining the established spatial relationships and camera angles. Applying high-resolution textures to the marble and fabric surfaces will further enhance the visual fidelity of the final render when using external plugins or native tools.
