Fabric Contemporary Beige and Grey Open-Plan Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular sofa, circular coffee table, and tufted pouf in a neutral palette. This curated living room interior presents a balanced contemporary aesthetic defined by soft, organic shapes and a muted, sophisticated colour scheme. The primary seating is a long, multi-section modular sofa upholstered in off-white fabric, paired with a low circular coffee table featuring a dark glass top and pedestal base. To the side, a tufted, tan-coloured round pouf provides a textural contrast, while a sculptural white armchair sits near a fluted side table. The background includes a tall, integrated shelving unit and a wall finished with a subtle, curved painted arch detail.

The download is a 46.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a foundational layout for residential design projects. The scene comes fully assembled, allowing users to immediately adjust camera angles or swap out individual components to suit specific client requirements. Because the assets are grouped within the model, it is straightforward to isolate elements for use in other projects or to apply custom material textures to the upholstery and case goods to refine the final look before rendering with external plugins.

Ideal for residential interior design presentations, this scene serves as a versatile template for modern living room concepts. It pairs effectively with minimalist or soft-contemporary furniture collections and works well in projects requiring a high-end, uncluttered atmosphere. Designers often search for such pre-composed scenes to streamline the early stages of concept development or to demonstrate spatial flow in open-plan layouts. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various lighting scenarios, making it a reliable resource for architectural visualisers working on residential developments.
