About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a deep plum sectional sofa, a stone and glass coffee table, and a bespoke feature wall. The scene is defined by a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in a rich, textured plum fabric, which serves as the primary focal point. It is paired with a unique coffee table that combines a raw, organic stone base with a minimalist glass top. The background is anchored by a floor-to-ceiling timber-panelled wall with integrated shelving and base cabinetry, finished in a light, neutral wood tone. A sculptural, suspended white fireplace adds a dramatic vertical element to the composition, while a delicate wire-frame armchair with a dark seat cushion provides additional seating.

The download is a 153 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp file into your workflow, ensure all textures are correctly mapped within your preferred rendering plugin. The model is structured for easy camera placement, allowing you to quickly adjust your viewpoint to capture the best angles. Use the layer system to isolate furniture components if you wish to swap assets or refine the lighting setup. The scene is scaled for standard residential ceiling heights, making it ready for immediate insertion into your broader architectural project files without extensive modifications.

This high-end residential living room scene is suited for interior design projects requiring a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic. It works well for client presentations, marketing visuals, or as a base for customising luxury apartments and high-end detached homes. Professionals searching for a ready-to-render living space will find this useful for demonstrating material contrast and modern spatial planning. It pairs well with minimalist decor, large-format artwork, or architectural lighting schemes, helping designers communicate refined, colour-focused interiors to clients effectively during the early design development stages.
