Contemporary Beige Velvet Three-Seater Sofa with Timber Frame

This contemporary 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features a minimalist timber frame and plush velvet upholstery with accent cushions. Defined by clean lines and a structured silhouette, this three-seater sofa centres around a deep, uniform seat and backrest upholstered in a light beige velvet. The piece is framed by exposed dark-stained timber armrests that extend to the base, providing a sharp contrast to the soft textile finish. The set includes a collection of five throw cushions in varying textures and patterns, including subtle grid motifs and solid tones, which add depth to the overall composition. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for both compact apartments and larger open-plan living areas.

The download is a 3.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed at the correct floor elevation to avoid intersection with floor geometry. The velvet material uses a realistic falloff or mix map; adjust the reflection glossiness to suit your specific lighting environment. The cushions are grouped as separate objects, allowing for easy repositioning or removal if necessary. Apply a standard UVW map modifier if scaling the sofa to match specific project dimensions while maintaining texture integrity.
