Contemporary Pink Velvet Sectional Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular pink velvet sectional sofa set against a textured, vaulted ceiling. The space is anchored by a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in dusty pink velvet, paired with a heavy, rectangular marble coffee table. The architecture includes a vaulted, textured ceiling finished in a neutral, weathered plaster tone, contrasting with dark timber wall panelling. A secondary kitchen area is visible in the background, featuring a striking orange backsplash and a matching marble island. The flooring is polished grey marble, which reflects the room's ambient light. Minimalist furniture choices and a clean, open-plan layout define the overall aesthetic, balancing soft textures with hard, refined stone surfaces.

The download is a 73 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp file as a base for high-end residential visualisations. The model is structured for efficiency; users should manage the scene using layers to isolate furniture, lighting, and structural elements. Materials are mapped for immediate rendering, though users may need to adjust texture tiling or bump maps depending on the final render engine settings. The file is best handled by importing into a clean project template to maintain consistent layer naming and scene settings.

Ideal for architectural visualisers and interior designers developing luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects, this scene provides a ready-to-render environment. It integrates well into presentations for open-plan apartment layouts, penthouse designs, or boutique hotel lobbies. Practitioners can use this to quickly establish a colour palette, test lighting conditions, or demonstrate spatial flow between living and kitchen zones. Search for this model when drafting contemporary living room concepts that require a sophisticated, layered material approach and a focus on bold, tactile furniture pieces.
