Contemporary Modern Living Room Apartment Interior Scene

This contemporary 3ds Max apartment interior scene features a sophisticated open-plan layout with curated furniture and materials. Defined by a balanced palette of warm timber, black marble, and neutral upholstery, this interior scene presents a cohesive living and dining arrangement. The focal point is a low-profile, modular sectional sofa combining textured grey fabric with a tufted black leather chaise. A gloss-black coffee table anchors the lounge, set against a feature wall of vertical oak panels and polished black marble. Adjacent to the living area, the dining zone includes a dark dining table paired with upholstered chairs, all set upon herringbone timber flooring. Recessed ceiling lighting and integrated HVAC units complete the minimalist aesthetic.
