Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Living Room Scene in Beige

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a modular grey fabric sofa, a glass coffee table, and wood cabinetry. This open-plan interior scene showcases a cohesive contemporary design featuring a large, segmented grey fabric sofa as the primary anchor. The space integrates a kitchen island with stone-effect surfaces, paired with sleek dining chairs featuring cane-back details. A low-profile wooden TV unit with woven rattan inserts provides warm texture, complemented by a circular glass-topped coffee table and a tufted brown ottoman. The flooring is laid in a herringbone pattern, while the walls incorporate vertical fluted paneling and neutral tones, creating a sophisticated, layered aesthetic suitable for high-end residential projects.

The download is a 114 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for efficient integration into SketchUp workflows, this scene is organized with logical grouping to allow for easy manipulation of individual assets. Users can quickly swap out textures or adjust lighting setups to suit specific daylighting requirements. The file structure supports rapid camera positioning and viewport adjustments for high-quality rendering. We recommend utilizing layers to manage the density of the furniture, ensuring smooth navigation within the model while maintaining visual fidelity for client-facing presentations or interior design studies.
