About this asset

This 3ds Max model features an oriental-style tea table and chair set, finished in dark wood and accessorised with a tea ceremony kit. This tea ceremony set comprises a low-profile rectangular table with a central recessed tray, a high-backed wooden chair, and a matching bench. The pieces are crafted from dark-stained timber, exhibiting clean, minimalist lines characteristic of traditional East Asian furniture. The table surface is flat, supported by substantial slab legs, while the chair features a tall, vertical slat backrest and a simple seat cushion. The set includes a curated arrangement of decorative accessories, such as a ceramic tea service, a small metal shelf, and a vase with floral branches, providing a complete, ready-to-render composition.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groupings, allowing for easy selection and placement within your scene. The geometry is clean, with materials assigned by element for efficient adjustment of wood grain or finish properties. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object to facilitate placement on floor planes. For optimal results, check the scale against your project units and apply a standard UVW map if customising the wood texture resolution.

Ideal for creating authentic oriental-inspired interiors, this set serves as a focal point in residential living rooms, dedicated tea rooms, or boutique hotel lounges. It complements minimalist and wabi-sabi design schemes, pairing well with natural materials like stone flooring or bamboo screens.
