Contemporary Grey Fabric Open-Plan Apartment Interior Scene

This contemporary open-plan apartment interior scene for 3ds Max features a sophisticated grey fabric sofa and marble coffee table. Designed with a refined, monochromatic palette, this interior scene encompasses a seamless open-plan living and dining area. The focal point is a modular grey fabric sofa paired with an irregular, organic-shaped marble coffee table set on a dark, textured rug. Adjacent to the living zone, a dining arrangement includes minimalist upholstered chairs surrounding a sleek table. The space is anchored by herringbone timber flooring, while integrated cabinetry and ambient linear pendant lighting create a moody, high-end atmosphere. Every element, from the wall art to the decorative accessories, is positioned to establish a cohesive, professional aesthetic.

The download is a 562 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can utilise this 3ds Max scene as a comprehensive foundation for architectural visualisations. The file is structured to allow for easy modification of lighting parameters or material overrides. Users can merge individual assets into other projects or adjust the camera angles to suit specific composition requirements. Best practice involves managing the layers to isolate furniture components for potential reuse, while ensuring texture paths are correctly remapped upon loading the scene to maintain the integrity of the original shaders and light setup.
