Contemporary Grey Fabric Modular Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a modular fabric sofa, lounge chair, and stone coffee tables in a grey palette. The scene presents a sophisticated, monochromatic living space defined by a low-profile, modular fabric sofa in a light grey finish. Accompanying the seating is a modern lounge chair with a dark timber shell, paired with a matching ottoman. A pair of circular coffee tables—one with a dark marble top and one with a glass surface—anchors the arrangement. The composition is completed by a large arching floor lamp, abstract wall-mounted artwork, and subtle decorative accents. Proportionally balanced, the layout focuses on clean lines, tactile fabric textures, and a refined, muted colour scheme.

The download is a 131 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp model as a foundational template for high-end residential visualisations. Users should inspect the layer setup to manage geometry and lighting intensity efficiently. Texture mapping and material settings are pre-configured, making it straightforward to apply custom render engine materials or adjust the existing scene lighting to fit specific project requirements without rebuilding the primary furniture arrangement from scratch.
